Roles and permissions

In ClinicDrive, an employee’s access and options are defined by the role assigned to them in the system.

The employee platform allows standard employees to view their own information and summaries, attendance schedule, task descriptions, and use the internal messaging function to communicate with colleagues.

The administration platform makes it possible to assign a range of different roles. The Management role, typically assigned to the dentist responsible for the business or the clinic administrator, provides access to all functions. In addition, there are a number of specialist roles: Administrator, Team Coordinator, HR Coordinator, and Best Practice Coordinator.

The Administrator role is the most important; it is typically held by the clinic coordinator, who is responsible for approving time, maintaining master data, and onboarding new employees in the system. ClinicDrive is the administrator’s most important day-to-day tool.

How do you get started?

  • We start the journey together

    The first step is to contact us. We will then help you get started, and through our close collaboration we will set a clear direction for your system.

  • Onboarding, setup and training

    We set everything up with your clinic owner and a selected ClinicDrive administrator. After that, everyone is onboarded and properly prepared to use the system.

  • We go live with the system

    Now the system is running as it should, and everyone is trained to use ClinicDrive. After it goes live, you can always use our free support.
