You can create shared procedures, task descriptions, and documents, thereby ensuring consistent quality and synergy across the clinics. The network solution supports shared payroll administration and enables you to access information from each clinic easily and efficiently.

With the network feature, employees at each clinic can access their own information and shared documents.
Shared documents
With ClinicDrive’s network feature, you can leverage the synergies created when you manage multiple clinics. You can set up procedures, describe tasks, and create documents that all employees can access, thereby ensuring consistency across the clinics in the network. It is also possible to adapt procedures and task descriptions to local conditions at each clinic.
Payroll administration
ClinicDrive’s network solution makes it easy to streamline payroll administration across all clinics in the network. The system collects information from all clinics, and it is possible to close the payroll period for a single clinic or multiple clinics at once. The process can be configured according to your preferences—either as an additional control or as a central closing of the payroll period for each clinic. All data is then transferred to your payroll system—this can be done manually or by importing a data file.
