Quality: From requirements to everyday clinic life
ROLAND, DEVELOPER
What was your biggest eye-opener in developing the quality management system?
How cumbersome and vulnerable quality management was before digital systems.
Binders, manual logbooks, and person-dependent knowledge made quality reactive rather than part of everyday practice.
What has the process of developing the quality management system been like?
The process has been both thorough and inspiring. ClinicDrive has been developed over six years, and the latest update to the quality management system is the result of close dialogue with our existing customers. The goal has always been to improve everyday life across clinics, and I believe we have succeeded well.
How have you ensured that the system fits into a busy clinic day-to-day?
By consistently focusing on simplicity, stability, and time savings.
A few clicks, automation, and role-based views—no long texts or heavy workflows.
What are you personally most proud of?
That we have automated the collection of the clinic’s SDSs from Nordenta, which automatically generates the chemical workplace assessment (APV). This is a concrete example of why ClinicDrive today offers Denmark’s strongest quality management system.
