Quality and task management

Both quality and routine tasks take up a significant part of everyday life in a clinic. With ClinicDrive, procedures, documents, and task execution are structured and made accessible to everyone. The system supports ensuring that all tasks are carried out flawlessly and on time—and that they can be performed by staff with minimal training. Quality tasks are documented in an audit trail for use during regulatory inspections. Deviations from established procedures can also be documented and form the basis for improvements.

Quality and routine tasks​ (B,F,N)

ClinicDrive facilitates staff in carrying out both quality and routine tasks in the clinic. Quality tasks are accompanied by an audit trail that can be used in connection with regulatory inspections, while routine tasks refer to recurring tasks that are essential to the clinic’s daily operations. For each task, up to three responsible employees can be assigned, and if an employee is not present, the task is automatically transferred to another. This ensures that all tasks are completed on time, even in cases of illness and other absence.

Deviations​ (B,F,N)

In the event of deviations from procedures and tasks, you can create a deviation report that makes it possible to follow up and implement the necessary adjustments and improvements. In addition, the system allows you to store and access previously reported deviations, providing a basis for continuous improvement.

Procedures (B,F,N)

Descriptions of the clinic’s procedures ensure that there are clear guidelines for how all tasks in the clinic must be performed. This ensures that all employees are able to complete tasks in a consistent and correct manner, even with minimal training. Key points include:

  • Procedure descriptions create clear guidelines for carrying out tasks.
  • With these descriptions, all employees can perform tasks in a consistent and accurate manner.
  • The risk of errors is reduced, and less training is required, as the guidelines are easily accessible.

Document library​ (B,F,N)

All documents from the clinic can be collected in the system, enabling all employees to view and use them in their daily work. This may include manuals needed to handle specific tasks, as well as illustrations showing how tasks should be performed. This approach minimises the risk of errors and makes it easy for new employees to handle tasks with minimal training. Key points include:

  • Centralisation of all the clinic’s documents in a single location.
  • Access for all employees to manuals and illustrative materials related to the clinic’s tasks.
  • Reduced risk of errors and a smoother onboarding process for new employees.

How do you get started?

  • We start the journey together

    The first step is to contact us. We will then help you get started, and through our close collaboration we will set a clear direction for your system.

  • Onboarding, setup and training

    We set everything up with your clinic owner and a selected ClinicDrive administrator. After that, everyone is onboarded and properly prepared to use the system.

  • We go live with the system

    Now the system is running as it should, and everyone is trained to use ClinicDrive. After it goes live, you can always use our free support.
