Remote access / mobile solution

ClinicDrive’s dedicated mobile solution is designed to support staff when they are not at the clinic. Staff can access it from their own mobile phone, where they can view their attendance schedule, request leave and report sickness, and communicate with colleagues via the messaging system.

Requests (B,F,N)

The mobile solution supports staff in requesting absence, for example holiday, directly in the system.

  • Staff can request holiday and other absence directly in the system from their own mobile phone.

Sickness reporting (B,F,N)

Staff can report sickness directly in the system from their own mobile phone. Once they have recovered, they submit a fit-for-work notification—again from their own phone.

Attendance

With ClinicDrive’s mobile solution, staff can view their own attendance schedule from their private mobile phone. This way, they always have the schedule with them and can keep track of any changes and updates.

Communication (B,F,N)

Via the mobile solution, staff can communicate with colleagues at the clinic, as well as staff at other clinics within the network. Core functions include:

Profile

For each employee, ClinicDrive provides an employee profile showing master data, contractual basis, and summaries of hours and absence. Data and summaries are updated continuously and are based on the applicable collective agreements. Employees and administrators have direct access to the underlying data, ensuring full transparency for all summaries. This creates reassurance and strengthens trust within the clinic.

How do you get started?

  • We start the journey together

    The first step is to contact us. We will then help you get started, and through our close collaboration we will set a clear direction for your system.

  • Onboarding, setup and training

    We set everything up with your clinic owner and a selected ClinicDrive administrator. After that, everyone is onboarded and properly prepared to use the system.

  • We go live with the system

    Now the system is running as it should, and everyone is trained to use ClinicDrive. After it goes live, you can always use our free support.
