What was your biggest eye-opener when developing the quality management system?
How cumbersome and vulnerable quality management was before digital systems. Ring binders, manual logbooks and knowledge held by individuals made quality management reactive rather than part of everyday work.
What has the process of developing the quality management system been like?
The process has been both thorough and inspiring. ClinicDrive has been developed over six years, and the latest update to the quality management system is the result of close dialogue with our existing customers. The goal has always been to improve everyday working life across clinics, and I think we’re doing that well.
How have you made sure the system fits into a busy clinic’s working day?
By consistently focusing on simplicity, stability and saving time. Fewer clicks, automation and role-based views – no lengthy texts or cumbersome workflows.
What are you personally most proud of?
That we’ve automated the collection of the clinic’s safety data sheets from Nordenta, enabling chemical risk assessments to be generated automatically. It’s a concrete example of why ClinicDrive now offers Denmark’s strongest quality management system.
